The body it's a unique thing. It adapts to different situation but you can over-train it very easy. The only way you can avoid this is to eat enough. If you are under-eating you will shortly run out of energy and destroy the muscles you were trying to build. To enable efficient intake, each ingredient should be diced, weighted and sauteed. Indulgence it's not an option so you must push yourself to eat even the dishes are not among your favorites.

Eat, sleep and train - this is his motto. And this is what he's paid for. Doing the best he can it's a must in this tight fight. Looking for the edge all the time makes him a continuous perfectionist of his workout routine. He is the most focused, organized deliberately bodybuilder. You might see him and think that he has the genetic and all the qualities to succeed in this game, but having the focus and consistency along with the drive to always be on top makes the difference between him and others.
Choosing a role model it's crucial. If you want to grow your muscles you'll need one. In his case the legend he chose was Arnold Schwarzenegger. Beside that, the base of his knowledge was started with the book written by Bob Paris - Beyond Built.
